Self-supporting glass railings
A frameless glass railing, also called self-supporting, is a system where the glass is fixed directly to the floor, stairs or wall using a base channel or point fittings, without posts or a visible frame. The result is a glass railing that looks almost like a transparent wall and keeps the view completely open.
Self-supporting railings work well as a balcony railing, a stair railing, around a mezzanine or on a terrace, wherever an open, minimalist look matters most. Depending on the project, a frameless glass railing can be built with or without a handrail.

Frequently asked questions - frameless glass railings

The price depends on the dimensions, glass thickness, fixing method and whether the railing includes a handrail. We don’t use a fixed price per square metre, every project is quoted individually.
In many cases, yes. We need to check the condition and load capacity of the surface the glass will be fixed to, so before quoting we ask for photos and approximate dimensions of the installation site.
We do not have a price list per m2, as we take an individual approach to each project.
